Here's how:
  • Submit faster: Generate proposals in seconds instead of 15-20 minutes

What you'll need:
  • Access to your Upwork profile (to copy/paste)
  • 5-10 minutes to complete setup (we know, we know - but trust us, it's worth it!)

Phase 1: Import Your Upwork Profile

Instructions:
  1. Click your name in Upwork to go to your profile
  2. Make sure your profile description is fully expanded (click "more" if you see it)
  3. Press Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on Mac) to select everything
  4. Press Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C) to copy
  5. Paste below (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V)

Phase 2: Your Communication Sample

Write about what you do for 2-10 minutes.

Don't edit yourself - just let it flow naturally. We're capturing your authentic voice, not a polished pitch. Talk about:
  • What you do as a freelancer
  • Who you work with (types of clients)
  • What makes you different from others
  • Your process or approach
  • What you love (or don't love) about your work
The more you share, the better we capture your voice. But even 2-3 minutes worth is valuable.
