Cost:

  • 3.5-minute video = $2125.00 ($900+$350+$350+$350+$175)

Upwork Clients - Additional Cost

Many of 1oClock’s clients enjoy the security and features of online sites such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, etc. Unfortunately, sites like that can charge large fees. 1oClock Multimedia is charged those fees and passes them along to the client.

For example, Upwork’s fee structure is currently as follows:

  • 20% for the first $500 billed to a client across all contracts
  • 10% for total billings to a client between $500.01 and $10,000
  • 5% for total billings to a client that exceed $10,000
  • 8.75% for Upwork Enterprise clients (regardless of past billings)

That means that if you choose to use Upwork for a project, your first project with 1oClock Multimedia will incur an additional 20% charge (unless you are an Upwork Enterprise client in which case it is 8.75%). Additional projects may have a lower fee, dependent upon the fee that is being charged by Upwork based on your lifetime billings through Upwork with 1oClock Multimedia.

1oClock Multimedia appreciates the services rendered by these online services, however, we do not feel the services warrant the amount of the fee. For those reasons, we prefer to work with clients directly to avoid expensive and generally unnecessary fees*.

* Although we offer clients the option to work directly with us or through a service such as Upwork, clients that find 1oClock Multimedia through these services are obligated to follow the applicable terms of service.

Slidedeck Creation

Creation of a Slidedeck using MS PowerPoint or Google Slides.

First deck cost (brand establishment*):

  • Base cost: $200.00
  • Per-slide cost: $20.00

Additional deck cost:

  • Base cost: $100.00
  • Per-slide cost: $20.00
  • Per-slide editing**: $10.00

Examples (pricing based on “additional decks”):

  • 10-slide deck = $300.00 ($100+$200)
  • 50-slide deck = $1100.00 ($100+$1000)

 

* Brand establishment refers to the process of creating slidedeck elements that will become the template for future decks. Once created, they will not need to be created for additional decks so you will not be charged this higher rate again.

** Per-slide editing occurs when 1oClock Multimedia creates a deck for a client, and the client later returns asking for edits to be made to the deck. This covers most basic changes to the slide including swapping an image, minor changes to text, adding a bullet, etc. Significant changes to a slide may incur the full Per-slide cost (1oClock’s discretion).

Slidedeck-To-Video Conversion

Taking an existing deck (or one you have hired 1oClock Multimedia to create) and converting it into a video by syncing a voiceover with the deck animations.

You can provide your own voiceover or hire 1oClock Multimedia to create one for you.

Cost:

  • Per-minute voiceover creation cost: $10.00
  • Per-minute syncing cost: $10.00

Examples:

  • 5-minute video with 1oClock voiceover = $100.00 ($50+$50)
  • 5-minute video with provided voiceover = $50.00
  • 20-minute video with 1oClock voiceover = $400.00 ($200+$200)
  • 20-minute video with provided voiceover = $200.00

Potential additional costs:

  • Per-minute script-writing: $10.00
