Updates
The #1 thing you need to do for your WordPress website is KEEP IT UPDATED. This will protect against 90% of website problems. But you need to do it regularly, and you need to do it for WordPress AND your theme AND your plugins. We take care of all of it for you!
Security
Even if your website is kept up-to-date, attacks can still happen and vulnerabilities can still develop. Regular security scans are MANDATORY for your business’s website so that you can spot problems before they get out of hand. Our team scans your website DAILY to keep you safe.
Cloud Backups
Whether it’s from an outside attack, or making a major mistake yourself, bad things WILL happen to your website. And the best defense you can have for this is regular backups of your website. Our customers enjoy DAILY backups to offsite servers that are kept for 90 days.
Uptime Monitor
There’s nothing worse than someone contacting you to let you know that your website is down. For most people, they have no idea when it went down or how much business it might have cost them. We check your website EVERY MINUTE and will take immediate steps to isolate and correct the issue if your site goes down.
Performance Review
A slow website can be the death of your company. It’s imperative that you monitor your site to make sure it is running as fast as possible. We provide you with a monthly review of your site that covers the areas where you are struggling, and suggestions about how you can tweak your website to achieve better speeds.
SEO Monitoring
SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, can be the lifeblood of a company. If you want to be found on search engines like Google, you need to rank well on your targeted keywords, and you should also know who else is fighting for those keywords. We let you track up to 20 keywords, tell you how you rank, and let you know who your competitors are.

The Basics
The Basics includes the bare minimum services to keep your website relatively healthy. Once a month we will enter your site and perform any needed updates to WordPress, your theme, and your plugins. We will also scan your website for potential security risks once per month.
If you have questions about these services, we offer a support-ticket system where you can submit a ticket with your question. Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours.
This plan does NOT include any assistance with your actual website. It only covers the basic maintenance functions detailed above.
The Rev
Our most popular plan!
The Rev is for the person that wants great all around care for their website, and they want some occasional help as well.
Every single MINUTE we are checking your website to ensure that it is up and running properly. In the event that your site goes down, we will do our best to immediately identify the problem and get your site back up again as quickly as possible.
Every single DAY we back up your website and scan it for security vulnerabilities. For backups, the most recent 90 daily backups are stored on offsite, cloud-based servers, so you will always have 90 backups that you can restore to if needed. With the security vulnerabilities, if one is detected we will work with you to fix the vulnerability and protect your site.
Every single MONTH we perform a comprehensive review of your website’s performance (speed), and provide you with suggestions about how to make improvements. We also allow you to track up to 20 keywords so you can see how you are ranking and who your top competitors are.
Because we know your time is important, we allow you to contact us via Skype IM to ask any questions that you may have. We aren’t available all hours, but when we are around we are happy to help.
Finally, we are happy to go in and make up to 5 minor changes to your website each month, if requested. This can be changes to text, swapping out a picture, tweaking format, or something similar. This does not include integrating new plugins, adding pages, or anything related to code. It’s just minor tweaks that you are too busy to make. If you have more extensive requests, we are happy to provide a quote for completing the request. Also, unused changes do NOT rollover to the next month. This feature REQUIRES that you use our preferred hosting company and preferred theme. If you use a different hosting company or a different theme, we will not be able to make any changes to your site.
The Ultimate
The Ultimate includes everything in The Rev, plus you get more robust website help and some real one-on-one time with a member of our team to strategize ways to improve your website.
First off, the 5 monthly changes allowed in The Rev, can now be a bit more extensive and can include code changes if needed. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will let you know if a requested change is too robust to be included. In those cases, we will provide a quote for getting the change made.
Next, we offer assistance with up to 5 graphics or images each month for your website. Whether you need a header graphic, a stock image for a blog post, or something else, we will source and edit the content as needed to achieve your goals. This does not include complex graphics such as infographics.
Finally, and most importantly, we will schedule a 30-minute strategy meeting each month to continually improve your website. This might include:
- Integrating a new plugin.
- Making changes to improve page load speed.
- Posting numerous evergreen blog posts with appropriate keywords to drive organic search engine traffic.
- Analyzing Google Analytics to identify and correct problems such as high bounce-rate, low visitor interactions, etc.
- Setting up A/B testing to improve website conversions.
- And more!
In other words, we become a true partner in your website so that you can focus on running your business.
