Built On WordPress
Did you know that WordPress powers over 25% of the entire Internet?
No other platform can come close to claiming that. And unlike supposedly “free” websites (Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, etc.) WordPress gives you total control and total power to have your website serve you the way you want.
We believe in WordPress so much that we do not offer website design on any other platform.
The Powerful Divi Theme
Did you know that you can make changes to a website without knowing any code?
All WordPress websites have a “theme” which essentially translates to how your website will look.
At 1oClock Multimedia we only use the powerful, extremely versatile theme called Divi to design our websites. Divi’s drag-and-drop editor makes it incredibly easy to make quick adjustments to your website, even if you don’t know the first thing about code.
Responsive Design
Did you know that search engines are now penalizing you if your website is not responsive?
If a website is “Responsive” it means that the website will automatically adjust based on the type of device that is being used to view the website. That means mobile users won’t have to constantly zoom and pan to be able to use your site. And with over 50% of all Internet traffic being done on mobile devices, your website MUST be responsive.
It should also be noted that having two separate websites (one for desktops and one for mobile) is a bad idea as it splits any search engine optimization you might have in half. Two websites is NOT an adequate substitution for a single responsive website.
All of our websites are fully responsive and are tested on all device sizes to ensure proper readability.

Website Design
We take care of all of the design work for you. All we ask is that you provide us with one (or a couple) of websites that you really like and we will use those as inspiration for your new website.
Images
Most companies are best served by using pictures of their actual product, service, customers, and employees. For that reason we will ask you to provide any images that you have that you may think will work well.
If stock images are warranted we will provide those free of charge.
Website Caching
Most people will leave your site pretty quickly if it takes too long to load. That’s why we offer website caching on our Multi-Page and Enhanced packages. “Caching” is the process of pre-loading your website so that it will load faster for visitors.
Google Search Console
Sometimes it is possible for search engines to run into problems when they try to “crawl” (examine) your site. If they do run into a problem, they don’t tell you. They just move on and leave a black mark on your site which lowers your search ranking.
By integrating Google Search Console you will be alerted if Google spots a problem while crawling, allowing you to fix it before it hurts your search ranking.
Free Hosting (1 Year)
Most companies spend a minimum of $100 a year just to have their website hosted. When you have your website built by 1oClock Multimedia we will include you on our own hosting plan for free for the first year if you are on our Multi-Page or Enhanced package.
If you wish to continue to be hosted by us after that first year then we will be happy to extend our current market rate for hosting to you. If you elect to switch to your own hosting plan after the first year then we will help facilitate the transfer of your website to the new host.
If you have an existing hosting company then you can either elect to have us build your website on your existing hosting plan or you can close that plan and switch to ours.
As an added bonus, when you join us on our hosting plan then we will help troubleshoot server-level issues. If you use your own hosting plan then you will need to contact them for any issues that arise.
Advanced Functionality
“Advanced functionality” involves anything beyond text, photos, slider, graphics, and video. Examples of this include:
- Membership functionality
- Payment gateways
- Shopping functionality
- Etc.

Integration of Advanced Functionality is only available on our Enhanced package.
Graphics
As a part of your package we will create or curate any basic graphics that are needed for your site. If you have existing graphics that you would like implemented we are happy to do that as well.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
If people can’t find your website on Google, Yahoo, Bing, or any of the other search engines out there then you are losing a lot of potential business.
We will install the primary SEO for your site so that search engines can find you. We will then give you instruction on how to continue with more advanced SEO if you wish to do so.
Google Analytics
Have you ever wondered how many people visit your site, how many pages they go to, and how quickly they leave? Google Analytics can tell you all of that!
Even if you don’t need that information right now, having Google Analytics integrated with your website will allow the data to be captured so that if you want to analyze it in the future the data will all be there.
This is offered as part of our Multi-Page and Enhanced packages.
Email Capture Setup
If there is one thing that every business owner should be trying to do it is to capture visitors’ names and email addresses. Why? Because it’s a form of communication that you can control no matter what.
Most companies do this by offering some kind of a value-added download from their site. Examples might be a florist that provides a PDF describing the most popular kinds of flowers along with their image, a video production company offering an ebook about marketing strategies, an auto dealership providing a PDF on the the best way to protect your new car, and so on.
Whatever kind of business you have, there is likely something that you can offer that people would be willing to give you their information in exchange for.
Our Multi-Page and Enhanced packages offer assistance with getting all of this setup.
